Swimming, jogging, running, cycling or even brisk walking for 30 minutes on daily basis can bring great benefits to your overall body health in general and prostate health in particular.

A minimum 6-7 hours sleep during 24 hours is essential for your proper brain function and mental stress reduction. A long, relaxing sleep on regular basis also boosts your immune system and helps you get rid of many health problems including those related with prostate.
