Homemade Hanging Weights Kit

do-it-yourselfThe hanging of weights or other objects from the penis to make it bigger probably is one of the oldest, if not the oldest method of penis enlargement. It is simple to do and it is relatively affective. However we advise that you use caution when using this method.

The general principle of this tool is based on the traction method of penis enlargement. This is where a certain amount of force is applied to the penis head in one outward direction for a period of time and as a result the tissue cells of the penis stretch and divide over time making the penis steadily grow longer.

Materials:

  • Swim Cap Condom

For weights, you can use anything:

  • Barbell Weights
  • Lead Tire Weights (held in a small sack)
  • Plastic Jug (with water)
  • String

Application:

  1. Securely attached the Swim Cap Condom to the head of your penis.
  2. Attach the S ring to the Swim Cap Condom.
  3. Place the weight near to the S ring.
  4. Attach the weight to the S ring using the string.
  5. Pick up the wight and stand.
  6. Extend the weight directly below the S ring to the full length of the string.
  7. Slowly release the weight to allow your penis to take on the weight (Don't Drop It).

Tips for Use:

How much weight should you use?

  • It is safe to start with 2-3 pounds (1-1.5 kg).
  • Each week, add weight in 1/2 pound (.25 kg) increments, or more if if is comfortable for you.
  • You can work your way up to ten pounds (4.5 kg) or more.

How long should I wear the weights at any given time?

  • Hang weight for 10 minutes, then remove for 10 minutes.
  • You can increase this time later, but always monitor carefully.
  • Remember to remove weights regularly.

How often can I hang weights?

  • You can hang weights for up to one full hour at a time (with an hour break in between session)
  • You can do the maximum amount of time three times a day at the most.

NOTE: Also you should do PC exercises every few minutes while hanging to encourage the blood circulation in the penile tissue. Stop immediately if you experience pain, excessive coldness, numbness or discoloration.
